The Willow Class had a busy and fun month full of hands-on learning. We loved exploring the theme of Arctic Animals with the children enjoying working with different textures to create their own polar bears.
We made yummy treats to celebrate special birthdays, which were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The children also loved making homemade bird feeders to hang outdoors for our feathered friends.
Social outings were another highlight this month, where we focused on developing important life skills such as paying for items and waiting for change. In class, we explored ICT games to learn Arctic vocabulary, which the children had great fun engaging with.
Throughout the month, we continued to build our fine motor skills through a range of hands-on activities, making it a very active and enjoyable time for the Willow Class.
