February was a lovely and busy month in the Hazel Class, filled with fun activities and special moments together.
The children particularly enjoyed their cookery sessions, where they had great fun preparing and tasting different treats. Everyone loved getting involved in measuring, mixing and helping in the kitchen.
We also spent time creating beautiful Valentine’s Day art, using lots of colours and creative materials. The classroom was full of hearts and lovely artwork as the children expressed kindness and friendship through their creations.
A special part of our month was attending Mass and welcoming visits from Father Derek. The children really enjoyed these moments of reflection and participation.
Another highlight was our trips to the campus canteen, where the class enjoyed spending time with friends in a different setting. These outings are always something the children look forward to.
It has been a very enjoyable month in the Hazel Class, full of fun, friendship and learning.
