Ash Class had a wonderful month learning all about voting and elections in the run up to the presidential election on 24 October. The children enjoyed taking part in their own class vote to choose their favourite choir song. They used official ballot papers, placed them in the ballot box and then counted all the votes carefully. After an exciting count, there was a tie between Better Place and Wonderwall, with both songs receiving the same number of votes. It was a great way to learn about elections and decision making. October was a fantastic month for Ash Class!
